Impact Advisors, LLC is a healthcare IT consulting firm in Naperville, Illinois. Our EHR (electronic health record) service desk consultants support staff at hospital and health-system clients under signed engagements. Through this text message program, a client staff member and their assigned consultant exchange one-to-one texts about that person's own support tickets and scheduled training or working sessions: ticket status, session scheduling replies, questions needed to work an open ticket, and answers to questions the staff member texts us. Recipients are client employees, not patients, and messages do not contain patient information. Messages come from a dedicated Impact Advisors business number assigned to each consultant, and every message begins with the words 'Impact Advisors EHR Service Desk:'. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per week while a ticket or session is open. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Enrollment is verbal and happens only during engagement onboarding: your consultant reads a written consent script, you agree and give your business mobile number, the consultant records the consent in the engagement contact roster, and you receive a confirmation text before anything else is sent.
